Agreement
These terms govern your use of OTIS Intelligence, operated by Omihon Ltd ('we', 'us', 'OTIS'). By activating an OTIS instance, you agree to these terms.
Service description
OTIS Intelligence is a technology cost intelligence platform. We provide software analysis tools, market benchmark data, and AI-generated recommendations. We do not provide financial, legal, or procurement advice. Recommendations produced by OTIS are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by appropriate professionals before acting upon them.
Your data
Your assessment data (technology spend data, findings, reports) is encrypted with a key generated in your browser. We do not hold, access, or process your assessment data in readable form. You are solely responsible for maintaining your encryption key. We cannot recover data if your key is lost.
Acceptable use
You may use OTIS for your organisation's internal technology cost analysis. You may not: resell or redistribute OTIS outputs commercially; use OTIS to analyse data belonging to organisations other than your own without their explicit written consent; attempt to circumvent the encryption or security architecture.
Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at activation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime for the OTIS platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
