Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content. OTIS platform customers: Account information (name, email, organisation). We do not collect or store your assessment data — that is encrypted with a key only you hold and stored in your own cloud environment.
How we use your data
To respond to contact form enquiries. To manage your OTIS account and subscription. To send service communications (account updates, renewal notices). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data storage and security
Account and contact data is stored securely on infrastructure located in the European Economic Area. OTIS assessment data (your technology spend data, findings, and reports) is never stored by us — it is encrypted with your client key and stored in your chosen cloud environment (Google Drive, OneDrive, or S3).
Your rights
