What the PDF contains
The OTIS PDF report contains the executive summary, all themes identified with their findings, the total spend and waste analysis, market benchmark comparisons, the action plan with prioritised recommendations, and the longitudinal comparison if prior runs exist.
Exporting a report
Go to Reports in the OTIS dashboard. Select the analysis run you want to export. Click Export PDF. The report is generated and downloaded to your device.
Report formatting
The PDF is formatted for A4 paper and suitable for printing or sharing digitally. It includes your organisation name, the analysis date, and page numbers. It does not include OTIS branding on interior pages — it is designed to be presentable as your organisation's own output.
Sharing with stakeholders
The PDF is designed to be shared with CFOs, boards, and procurement teams. The executive summary is written for a non-technical audience. Technical details appear in the appendix section for IT and finance teams.
Customising the report
Currently, reports are generated with standard OTIS formatting. Custom branding and bespoke report layouts are available on the Scale and Enterprise plans — contact us to discuss requirements.
Data privacy in reports
The PDF report contains your analysis findings and recommendations but does not include the raw encrypted data. It is safe to share internally. Exercise normal information security practices when sharing externally — the report contains commercially sensitive information about your vendor contracts and pricing.
