What you need
Your OTIS access token, issued by Omihon. It begins with otis_ and is typically 80-100 characters long. If you do not have a token, visit the pricing page to select a plan.
Step 1: Go to the activation page
Navigate to app.otisintelligence.co.uk/activate. This is where all new instances begin.
Step 2: Enter your token
Paste your token into the text field and click Verify Token. OTIS will validate the token against Omihon Central and confirm your organisation name and plan details.
Step 3: Create your admin account
Enter your full name, email address, and a password of at least 8 characters. This becomes the administrator account for your OTIS instance. You can add more users after setup.
Step 4: Save your encryption key
OTIS generates a 256-bit AES-GCM encryption key in your browser. This key encrypts all your data. Click Download Encryption Key and save the file in a password manager or secure location. You must download the key before you can continue. OTIS Intelligence does not hold a copy of this key. If you lose it, your data cannot be recovered.
Step 5: Connect your storage
Choose where your encrypted data will be stored: Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Amazon S3/MinIO. This step is required. OTIS does not store your data on its own servers.
Activation complete
After connecting your storage, you will be redirected to the login page. Sign in with the email and password you created in Step 3. Your OTIS instance is now active.
